Washington's Lottery is investing in the state's future by donating proceeds to early childhood learning programs and college scholarship funds. To illustrate this, we crafted the visual journey of a child's dreams of flight. Using an inferred time-lapse of over 20 years, we gently guide the viewer through the growth of our young dreamer's abilities to make these ideas move. Over time, we watch as the child's vision comes to life, thanks in part to Washington's Lottery.
