Science fiction author Robert A. Heinlein was among the first to emphasize scientific accuracy in his fiction, and was sometimes called the “dean of science fiction writers.” Along with Arthur C. Clark and Isaac Asimov, they are often considered the “Big Three” of English-language science fiction authors. Heinlein’s Stranger in a Strange Land is referred as the first science fiction novel to appear on the New York Times Best Seller List.
